Note:
• All high-power emitter LED products mounted on aluminum metal-core printed circuit boards can be lighted directly, but we do not recommend lighting the high-power products for more than 5 seconds without appropriate heat dissipation equipment. When using at 700mA, TS (cathode point) temperature should be controlled below 75°C, When using at 350mA, TS (cathode point) temperature should be controlled below 85°C.
• Wave peak and soak-stannum soldering are not suitable for these products.
• Reflow soldering should not be done more than two times. The reflow temperature we recommend is 260℃.
